We all have those neighbors. Those neighbors that have a hundred cars in the driveway, leave Christmas lights up all year long, and possibly have weekly "get togethers." These are the neighbors that are every families worst nightmare, when moving into a new place. That first week, in a new home, all seems quiet and normal and then the next it looks like a used car lot and a social mixer mixed into one. Not only can these neighbors be annoying but they can actually cause your home to lose value or bring down the value of the neighborhood in general. SO... not only are they annoying, they are actually a much larger problem. But how can you solve the problem of pesky neighbors? The answer is easy. Partner with a realtor that is partnered with a builder. Why buy into an area that may not be ideal when you can build in an up and coming area where you set the trend? That is at least how we recommend resolving these situations.
