Start The Trend...

Image
EVERYONE HAS TO DEAL WITH NEIGHBORS THEY MAY NOT LIKE. HERE'S HOW TO AVOID THAT PROBLEM. START THE TREND We all have those neighbors. Those neighbors that have a hundred cars in the driveway, leave Christmas lights up all year long, and possibly have weekly "get togethers." These are the neighbors that are every families worst nightmare, when moving into a new place. That first week, in a new home, all seems quiet and normal and then the next it looks like a used car lot and a social mixer mixed into one. Not only can these neighbors be annoying but they can actually cause your home to lose value or bring down the value of the neighborhood in general. SO... not only are they annoying, they are actually a much larger problem. But how can you solve the problem of pesky neighbors? The answer is easy. Partner with a realtor that is partnered with a builder. Why buy into an area that may not be ideal when you can build in an up and coming area where you set the tr

Drive Thru Realestate

Image
Ever had bad quality service while going through the drive thru? Read Below. You don't have much time for lunch because you have a million little things that have to be done and no time to do them. You are driving... and through the haze of hunger you spot a fast food restaurant. Why not? A quick burger and you never have to get out of the car. So you pull up to the speaker and tell them you want a number 2 with no tomato. That's a pretty simple thing to get right; you would think. You hand them the money and they hand you the food as if some deal had just gone down. The smell of the fries is permeating the dullness of your day so you reach in for your burger, pull it out, unwrap it, and take a bite. What you thought was a simple request of no tomato was apparently their biggest inconvenience. Your lunch is no longer worth eating and you still have so much to do. Now, how does this relate to Realestate? The drive thru line is your preliminary meetings with your realtor.

Who Has Ever Been Camping?

Image
There are a few steps that go into the camping process that makes camping what it is. Does the same apply to Realestate? Picture this: You're out in the woods, stars are hanging bright in the sky, the crickets are almost chirping a melodious tune, you're cozied up in a sleeping bag, the night is perfect. Then you here this buzzing noise. Then you hear more. Before long you are swatting aimlessly at those blood sucking creatures that you question God about every summer night. You are being bitten by mosquitoes. So, you reach for the bug spray, but it's not there. Where could it be? Did you forget it? There's a good chance you did. More than likely you forgot a lot more than just the bug spray. See, camping is one of those activities where you have to make a list of items you will need to make sure you do not leave anything out. Sometimes camping trips can take days to plan because everything you take is a necessity. Of course, a check list takes time and mak

Ever Felt Like A Deer In Headlights?

Image
Always striving to do what's best for our clients. We have all been there. We have all had that sudden panic of something is wrong or we forgot something. These feelings send a surge of worry through our bodies, which causes instant panic. But moreover, it usually is not panic but more fear. Fear that we let someone down or fear that we forgot something that would help us through the day. It is this fear that drives us. When we say fear, we are not meaning it in a literal sense that we are scared but rather we feel that we are letting someone down. In our communication, sales, the building or our homes, we never aim to let anyone down. Our main goal is to put customers first. We want to see them excited about what's next in their future. We take pride in finding that one special place for our clients. Because of this, there is no fear, there is no panic, there is no worry because we are prepared to do what it takes to make sure we have satisfied customers. Written By: Bl

Pancakes or Waffles?

Image
Pancakes or Waffles? Pancakes or Waffles? These types of choices apply to any profession. There are always choices in life. Something is either "this" or that." Something is right or wrong. There are pros and cons to any situation. Ponder on this, it's breakfast time and your mom, spouse, or friend ask you if you want pancakes or waffles for breakfast, what's your answer? They have given you an option and need your input before they start fixing your meal. This two way street applies to so many other things than whether or not you want pancakes or waffles though. This same concept can apply to the Realestate and the home buying process. We, as realtors, know we can help our customers, sometimes we just do not know how. This is why that input is important. A customer can say that they want a home is a certain area. That is awesome. We know where to start, but finding a home is so much more than location. This is when we need customers input so that we ca
