Who Has Ever Been Camping?

There are a few steps that go into the camping process that makes camping what it is. Does the same apply to Realestate?

Picture this: You're out in the woods, stars are hanging bright in the sky, the crickets are almost chirping a melodious tune, you're cozied up in a sleeping bag, the night is perfect. Then you here this buzzing noise. Then you hear more. Before long you are swatting aimlessly at those blood sucking creatures that you question God about every summer night. You are being bitten by mosquitoes. So, you reach for the bug spray, but it's not there. Where could it be? Did you forget it? There's a good chance you did.
More than likely you forgot a lot more than just the bug spray. See, camping is one of those activities where you have to make a list of items you will need to make sure you do not leave anything out. Sometimes camping trips can take days to plan because everything you take is a necessity. Of course, a check list takes time and making sure you have everything takes time. But how does this seemingly obvious camping practice relate to Realestate?
Today's example comes from the realtor side of things. For any realtors reading this, you all know about the paper work involved in the buying or selling of just one home. To those, reading this, that are not realtors, we have a check list. This checklist makes sure that all the correct paper work is accounted for, so that the buyer or the sellers listing lacks nothing. This paper work takes time. That is why closings do not happen over night. We are proud to serve our customers but if someone thinks that they're offer will be accepted one day and they will move in the next, then that is false. We have to make sure every item is marked off our checklist. It's these checklist that provide homes to our clients and it's these checklist that make what we do possible.
