Drive Thru Realestate

Ever had bad quality service while going through the drive thru? Read Below.

You don't have much time for lunch because you have a million little things that have to be done and no time to do them. You are driving... and through the haze of hunger you spot a fast food restaurant. Why not? A quick burger and you never have to get out of the car. So you pull up to the speaker and tell them you want a number 2 with no tomato. That's a pretty simple thing to get right; you would think. You hand them the money and they hand you the food as if some deal had just gone down. The smell of the fries is permeating the dullness of your day so you reach in for your burger, pull it out, unwrap it, and take a bite. What you thought was a simple request of no tomato was apparently their biggest inconvenience. Your lunch is no longer worth eating and you still have so much to do.
Now, how does this relate to Realestate? The drive thru line is your preliminary meetings with your realtor. Once you get to looking at homes and making selections, that means you are now at the menu. But what if your Realtor isn't as competent as you wished, you may not know this until you have already ordered. You pull up to the window, AKA, put in an offer and then you pull away. You are excited for this next venture in you life. You have what you found on the "menu" and have paid for it. But wait... is that a tomato? Immediately, somethings comes up that your relator could have helped avoid but it's too late... They made your order wrong.
When choosing a realtor, it is always a smart move to read reviews, check out what others have to say, and even have multiple options in mind. This will help you find the one that is best for you. Of course, we hope that is us but we still want you to be informed on how using an incompetent realtor can hinder your future.
