Pancakes or Waffles? These types of choices apply to any profession.

There are always choices in life. Something is either "this" or that." Something is right or wrong. There are pros and cons to any situation. Ponder on this, it's breakfast time and your mom, spouse, or friend ask you if you want pancakes or waffles for breakfast, what's your answer? They have given you an option and need your input before they start fixing your meal. This two way street applies to so many other things than whether or not you want pancakes or waffles though. This same concept can apply to the Realestate and the home buying process. We, as realtors, know we can help our customers, sometimes we just do not know how. This is why that input is important. A customer can say that they want a home is a certain area. That is awesome. We know where to start, but finding a home is so much more than location. This is when we need customers input so that we can find them the best house. Things like: How many bedrooms? How many baths? Big back yard? Attached garage? See, these questions are the same as the one about Pancakes or Waffles, from earlier? Just like your mom or spouse or friend can't start breakfast until they know what you want, we can't find you a house either. We want to make sure we find our customers a home and not a house; that is why asking these questions and having this input is so important. We believe appointments are crucial to making sure you, as the customer, gets everything you need.
