These past 90 days have been crazy; from foundation to finished, Lot 5 Sango Mills has been the most fun to design and see built. There have been thousands of hours into adding, changing, and designing every portion of this home. I have seen it be taken from a lot, to a frame, to walls, and now to a home. We could not be more thankful to the family that bought this home and we hope they enjoy every part of what we think makes it special. What goes into building a house is more than many people think. We introduced so many upgrades such as: an extra large island, exposed beams, huge garage, outdoor fireplace, modern back splash, upgraded tile, and so much more. This home is done and under contract but a home just like this can be yours. We work one-on-one with you to mix our building with your style to create the home of your dreams. There is always that one song that comes on the radio that completely changes your outlook on life. Instantly, what used to be your brake pedal is now a kick drum. Ever had bad quality service while going through the drive thru? Read Below. You don't have much time for lunch because you have a million little things that have to be done and no time to do them. You are driving... and through the haze of hunger you spot a fast food restaurant. Why not? A quick burger and you never have to get out of the car. So you pull up to the speaker and tell them you want a number 2 with no tomato. That's a pretty simple thing to get right; you would think. You hand them the money and they hand you the food as if some deal had just gone down.
